How do I cancel my agreement?
Cancellation is easy. In your Who’s On My WiFi Online account, simply go to “My Account,” then “Billing,” then “Update or Cancel Subscription” and finally “Cancel Subscription.”

We use SSL to encrypt all data that you send to us. We also have annual 3rd party security audits and have network security experts on staff. Why do I need to Enter my Credit Card before Signing Up?
We require that you signup with a credit card so that we can comply with export restrictions.
