Am I going to be tied into a contract?

Cancel your service at any time.  We don’t have long term contracts or sign up fees.

14 Day Refund Policy

If you’re unhappy with how the product works or the service that we give you, simply send us an e-mail requesting a refund, and we will give you your money back.  No hassle.  No hoops to jump through.

How do I cancel my agreement?

Cancellation is easy.  In your Who’s On My WiFi Online account, simply go to “My Account,” then “Billing,” then “Update or Cancel Subscription” and finally “Cancel Subscription.”

How much is unlimited?

Unlimited means unlimited.  Our Business Basic edition includes 30 days of history about your network, while our Business, and Multi-Network edition includes unlimited historical reporting about your network.

Can I upgrade at a later date?

Yes, you can always upgrade or downgrade between our Business Basic and Business Editions.

Is My Online Data Secure?

We follow security best practices to keep your data and information safe. We use a secure, PCI Compliant 3rd party payment processor, FastSpring, to handle all credit card and paypal transactions. We use SSL to encrypt all data that you send to us.  We also have annual 3rd party security audits and have network security experts on staff.  We care about your security and do everything we can to help protect your data.

Why do I need to Enter my Credit Card before Signing Up?

We require that you signup with a credit card so that we can comply with export restrictions.

Because we’re in the Network Diagnostic / Security business and we sell worldwide, we prefer to take extra precautions to ensure we don’t sell to restricted customers.

You will also be charged today when signing up, but we offer a 14 day refund policy if you do not like the service.

Router vs Software

If you would like to easily manage your network and you are interested in replacing your current wireless router, then our Router + Online editions are the best solution for you.

We realize that many people do not want to or are unable to replace their current router.  For them, we offer the Software + Online editions.  The Software + Online editions still do detection, logging, and notification about intruders, but their ability to truly manage the network remotely is limited.

International Customers

Who’s On My WiFi is in use in over 150 countries world wide.

We comply with all US based export restrictions regarding software and sales to foreign countries.

Initially our Wireless Routers are only available in the United States.  This has to do with different certification standards regarding the import and export of wireless devices.

For now, for non-US customers, we recommend purchasing our Software + Online solution, and we hope to expand our router edition to other countries in early 2016.
